Wild Hare Distillery is a locally owned + operated, small-batch distillery that offers bottle purchases, visits, and handcrafted cocktails.

We dream bigger than just selling the market’s smoothest, most delicious premium spirits. Co-owners Wendy Tilton and Jim Matz do their best to source as many locally made products and services as possible for the distillery.

Our two spirit lines using natural ingredients to flavor & please the palate include:

DROVE – the award-winning line of premium Blue Weber Agave spirits

WHD – the award-winning premium small batch whiskey, gin, and vodka line, including the Red Headed Hare!

Wild Hare Distillery also offers white labeling or create-your-own barrel of spirits options. Bottle purchase is available in select Arizona liquor stores, through reserved pick-up at our Tempe distillery, and can be shipped to 47 states through a partner!
